The arch of the zygoma serves as a key landmark in the repair of complex orbitozygomatic fractures. Arch repair has traditionally necessitated a coronal incision. A new endoscopic technique of arch repair was effectively incorporated in the surgical management of a complex orbitozygomatic fracture. Anatomic restoration was possible without a coronal incision.
