Cranio-orbital facial clefts produce one of the most grotesque deformities known today. Patients with such monstrosities should be treated in early childhood to avoid the problems related to functional abnormalities and self image. The patient shown lived for seventeen years prior to any surgical correction. This deformity was corrected with a one-stage craniofacial reconstructive surgical procedure utilizing extensive bone grafts.
