Length: 12 min.

A tumor of the cervical sympathetic trunk is excised. Radiographic studies reveal the anatomic relations of the mass and its angiographic appearance. Carotid vessels, vagus, hypoglossal and superior laryngeal nerves are dissected from the tumor. The cervical sympathetic trunk is shown entering the lesion, which is delivered from the parapharyngeal space. Postoperative Horner's syndrome is demonstrated.
