This tape demonstrates the operative approach to remove a large upper cervical dermoid cyst through a cosmetically appealing floor-of- the-mouth approach. The safety and simplicity of this approach is emphasized, provided the surgeon is aware of important critical salivary and nerve structures in the operative field.
