An interesting clinical scenario results when a patient cannot find her vibrator after sexual activity. The patient was using a new type of smaller, vibrator that was of very small diameter and designed to be worn as jewelry as well as double as a sexual stimulation device. Our minimally invasive exploration is documented as well as the novel features of this unusual clinical scenario in this case presentation.
