Percutaneous balloon compression for trigeminal neuralgia has been effective for two decades. It is simple to perform. Results are comparable to other percutaneous procedures. It is indicated especially for patients with first division pain. The technique has evolved since the original description. This video demonstrates the current technique, indications, and results.
