Laparoscopic Pancreaticoduodenectomy has been carried out routinely in our center, with more than 300 cases so far. We describe a case of Laparoscopic Pylorus-Preserving Pancreaticoduodenectomy that developed in a 32-year-old woman. The main presenting complaint was epigastric pain. Abdominal computed tomography showed a huge Solid pseudopapillary tumor in the pancreatic head. We performed a laparoscopic operation with the unique surgical approach of our center.
