This is a 27 years old female patient who presented with one year history of large anterior abdominal wall mass. The incisional biopsy confirmed desmoid tumour. The systemic work up was negative. A full thickness excision was performed with 2 cm margin. The defect was bridged with biological implant (Strattice). Strattice is non cross-linked biological implant from porcine origin that is believed to promote neovascularization, cellular infiltration and strength. The wound was dressed with vacuum assisted device. 7 weeks later, the split skin graft (SSG) was applied on the granulated tissue. The SSG survived 100%. The long-term outcome is awaited
