We present the case of a 45 year old women with a large, symtomatic diaphragmatic hernia two years status post MVA. The traditional approach to repair such a defect has been open transthoracic with or without transabdominal assistance. We demonstrate the ability to reduce and repair this injury transabdominally using minimally invasive technology.
