A 76 year old woman developed groin pain and voiding symptoms. A cystogram revealed bilateral bladder diverticula protruding out into the obturator herniae. This video demonstrates the laparoscopic expsoure of the obturator foramina bilaterally with mesh herniorrhaphy. The patient' postoperative course was un-eventful.
