Although robotic enucleation has been described, this is a rare case of a robotic partial pancreatectomy of the uncinate process performed for insulinoma. Partial pancreatectomy was undertaken rather than enucleation because the deep tumor location in pancreas. Key learning points include preservation of the blood supply to the duodenum by identifying and maintaining the AIPDA and PIPDA. Additionally, maintaining the pancreatic duct and common bile duct is demonstrated using indocyanine green.
