This video documents a robotic resection of metastatic right posteriorsuperior metastatic lesions. Imaging showed two metastatic lesions in segments VI, VII, VIII. Patient underwent twelve cycles of neoadjuvant chemotherapy. Intraoperative ultrasound was utilized to confirm location of capsular lesion. The operation starts with extensive lysis of adhesions and take down of the falciform ligament. The superficial liver parenchyma was transected using monopolar cautery. Traction stitches were placed to aide in open booking the liver. An extended vessel sealer was used to circumferentially transect the liver parenchyma. Laparoscopic retrieval bags were used to extract the metastatic liver lesions. Cholecystectomy was undertaken using "fundus-down" technique.
