This video demonstrates modified radical mastectomy with maximal preservation of breast skin and other key landmarks to facilitate improved autogenous tissue reproduction. In this procedure, the skin and fat from the lower abdomen are transplanted as a microsurgical free flap to reconstruct the breast and is ideally suited for immediate breast reconstruction.
