Reconstructive surgery for the short to moderate length bulbous urethral stricture has become a very reliable procedure with durable success rates. Demonstrated are the techniques of buccal mucosa graft harvest, suprapubic tube placement, and urethral reconstruction by the technique of augmented anastamosis.
