Sentinel lymph node dissection for breast cancer is rapidly becoming standard management despite lack of agreement on technical aspects. This video shows dissection techniques using isosulfan blue dye alone and dye with radioisotope. These two methods can be performed with a high degree of accuracy and minimal morbidity.
