This program shows the laparoscopic Nissen fundoplication performed similar to the open procedure with the expectation of achieving the same dependable long-term outcome. Technical steps shown are: 1) crura dissection; 2) crura closure; 3) mobiliza-tion of the greater curvature; and, 4) construction of the fundoplication.
