We present a case of a 22 year old male who presented with findings of a submucosal mass at the gastroesophageal junction. Pathology was consistent with a smooth muscle tumor. Due to the location of the mass, the decision was made to resect it using a laparoscopic transgastric approach. We present our technique in our video. Our patient did well post operatively and was discharged on post operative day one.
