We present a case of a 63 year old male who presented with a giant diaphragmatic hernia with evidence of stomach, duodenum, pancreas, and colon herniated into the chest. CT scan and UGI studies were done preoperatively, identifying the hernia and its contents. We approached and completed our procedure from a laparoscopic approach. Our patient did well postoperatively, and was discharged on post operative day three.
