Median arcuate syndrome is a disease affecting mostly women between ages of 20-40. Symptoms include food fear, pain with eating, weight loss, along with radiological studies showing compression of the celiac trunk on angiogram or ultrasound. Many options exist to treat all aimed at release of the median arcuate ligmant. We present a single case showing a laparoscopic approach to the pathology.
