This video demonstrates the use of novel dosing of indocyanine green, a fluorescent compound which can aid anatomic identification and dissection in hepatobiliary surgery. Dilution of the recommended dosing of this compound yields results that improve visualization of the biliary system and limit interference from hepatic fluorescence. This presentation provides examples of how a reduced dosing strategy can be used in minimally invasive hepatic surgery to potentially improve surgical performance.
