This is a 62 year old male with a biopsy proven adenocarcinoma at the splenic flexure found on routine screening colonoscopy. The lesion was tattooed.

The video will show a medial to lateral en bloc resection with a stapled/hand-sewn anastomosis between the mid-transverse and descending colon. Extraction site was Pfannenstiel.

Pathology was T2, N0, MO.
