Gastric slippage is reported as a complication in 10% of laparoscopic adjustable gastric banding placement. A patient presented with progressive dysphagia 2 years after her initial surgery and investigations showed an anterior gastric slippage. We performed a laparoscopic reduction of this gastric slippage and repositioned the band.
