A 56-year old woman with BMI 40 and hypertension underwent a laparoscopic bypass for the treatment of morbid obesity. A new jejuno-jejunostomy anastomosis was created using a purse string device and 25 mm EEA circular stapler. This method could be used in multiple or other laparoscopic gastrointestinal anastomosis.
