With the advent of the laparoscopic Gastric Bypass Procedure, different techniques for the creation of the gastrojejunal anastomosis have been used. This video demonstrates the use of a transoral stapling device (SurgAssist). Nine patients underwent a laparoscopic gastric bypass using the circular stapling device for the gastrojejunostomy anastomosis.
