This video demonstrates a novel method a laparoscopic treatment of the post-traumatic splenic cyst. A 16 year old child presented with an 11 cm post-traumatic splenic cyst. The patient was symptomatic with abdominal pain. The cyst was successfully fenestrated using a laparoscopic technique. The patient is pain-free 9 months later.
