Laparoscopic fundoplication is rapidly becoming the procedure of choice for surgical correction of gastroesophageal reflux in infants and children. This video describes the technique which we utilize for training our pediatric surgical residents. We utilize a single umbilical annula and four stab incisions for introduction of the operating instruments. AESOP, the robotic telescopc holder, is used to provide a steady and consistent image.
