Inflatable penile prosthesis has been inserted in over 115,000 male patients for impotence, and five percent will develop a direct inguinal floor hernia as a result. This video demonstrates a laparoscopic extraperitoneal repa9ir of the associated hernia with a double keyhole mesh prosthesis which preserves the IPP function.
