Recurrent upper GI bleeding secondary to Gastric antral Vascular Ectasia is usually treated by endoscopic methods. In refractory patients, antrectomy can be curative. For patients with Watermelon stomach and recurrent bleeding refractory to endoscopic mgmt., laparoscopic antrectomy & gastrojejunostomy can be curative.
