The relationship between gastroesophageal reflux disease and obesity is well known. There is a high failure rate with antireflux surgery in the morbidly obese. This is a video case report of a 47 year old morbidly obese female. The video demonstrates the laparoscopic conversion from a Toupet Fundoplication to Proximal Gastric Bypass.
