This video shows repair of a mediastinal epigastric hernia via laparoscopy after laparoscopic omental harvest for mediastinitis after sternotomy. Patient acquired over 100 lbs of weight gain following harves & expanded the fascial defect created for omental transfer. This was repaired with prosthetic dual-mish after amputation of the omental pedicle.
