Laparoscopic surgery in Crohn's disease is often hampered by inflammatory changes in the mesentery, difficult anatomy, and fistulous communications. This video demonstrates four separate cases of small bowel Crohn's disease of varying complexity. Although technically challenging, laparoscopic resection for complicated Crohn's disease is feasible in the majority of cases.
