The recent success of intestinal transplantation has provided patients with short guy syndrome an alternative to home parenteral nutrition. In less than 10 cases worldwide this procedure has been performed from living related donors. This video illustrates the surgical technique and clinical outcome of a living related intestinal transplant successfully performed in our institution.
