Forty primary endorectal pull-throughs for Hirschsprung's disease have been performed within the first three months of life. This video demonstrates the technique on a one week old infant with rectosigmoid aganglionosis. The course of the infant as well as the detailed technique of endorectal dissection and colo-anal anastomosis are demonstrated.
