This presentation shows laparoscopic repair of a large left-sided foramen of Morgagni hernia in an adult using thoracoscopic assistance. Primary repair of the defect was done laparoscopically and thoracoscopy was used to visualize the supradiaphragmatic hernia sac and to facilitate division of adhesions between the sac and the lung.
