This video describes a Crohn's patient with an ileo-ileal, ileo-cecal and large ileo-sigmoid fistula with a large amount of residual stool after bowel preparation. Rather than a two-stage procedure with multiple ostomies, the patient underwent "on-table lavage", and two primary anastomoses. The patient was discharged on the fifth postoperative day, and his wound healed by primary intention.
