Complete duplication of the primitive hindgut is a rare anomaly. A one-month-old female underwent a one-stage operative correction of a complete hindgut duplication. Duplication from the terminal ileum to the anus was encountered with complete bladder and vulvar duplication. The patient's postoperative course was benign and she has normal bowel and bladder function at the age of two years.
