The lateral arm neurosensory flap was based on the radical collateral artery and its vena comitante. The posterior brachiocutaneous nerves innervate the flap, allowing sensation. In this videotape we demonstrate the elevation of the lateral arm flap, and the usage for reconstruction of the hand. We also show the long term results.
