This video describes the technique of transsphenoidal surgery for pituitary tumors and associated lesions. Also shown are the indications for surgery, the selection of a particular route of transsphenoidal access, and the details of the standard transseptal approach and examples of different types of pituitary pathology being treated using these techniques.
