This videotape describes the performance of a left laparoscopic adrenalectomy, trocar position, mobilization of different ligaments behind the spleen, patient position, dissection of left adrenal, ligature of left adrenal vein, and extraction of adrenal tumor. On the right side, exactly the same in a mirror-like image, the retroperitoneal cystic tumors can be excised with the same approach.
