One stage laparoscopic assisted restorative proctocolectomy, stapled ileal J-pouch anal anastomosis is presented. The colon and rectum are mobilized, vessels are divided intracorporeally. The specimen is delivered through a Pfannenstiel incision, the rectum is divided at the top of the anal canal, ileal J-pouch is constructed, double-stapled anastomosis is fashioned.
