Thoracic neuroblastoma represents 20% of all neuroblastomas, and is in general associated with an excellent prognosis even in patients who have incomplete excision. We present thorascopic resection of a posterior mediastinal neuroblastoma in a 3 year old girl utilizing the da Vinci robot. A complete excision was accomplished including tumor extending into the foramina.
