Laparoscopic left adrenalectomy was performed for a 6cm left adrenal pheochromocytoma in a 33 year old man who presented with shock and multisystem failure. This video illustrates the lateral transabdominal laparoscopic approach with medial visceral rotation, dissection with ultrasonic scissors, and morcellation and removal of the specimen.
