The purpose of this presentation is to outline the technique of laparoscopic adrenalectomy. Left and right adrenalectomies are demonstrated. The surgical technique is shown in a stepwise manner emphasizing good exposure and technical aids to avoid complications. The use of ultrasonic dissection is demonstrated.
