We report on a 45 year old woman with Cushing's syndrome from a 3.5-cm right adrenal adenoma. Laparoscopy was chosen to remove her right adrenal gland because it allowed abdominal exploration with a minimum of postoperative pain and recuperative time. The technique of laparoscopic adrenalectomy including trocar placement, gland dissection, and gland removal is depicted.
