A laparoscopic assisted repair is demonstrated on an infant male with imperforate anus and a recto-urethral fistula. The fistula was mobilized and divided laparoscopically. The perineal dissection was performed with guidance from electrical stimulation and the laparoscope. This procedure was performed without division of the striated sphincter muscles.
