A 36 year old female presents with pelvic pain and a 5cm presacral/ coccygeal mass is discovered on CT scan. Technique of excision includes a review of patient position, incision, coccygectomy, and excision of the mass. The approach includes an exposure to pelvic floor and perirectal anatomy.
