This video demonstrates the benefit of preoperative neoadjuvant chemotherapy followed by local resection of an ischiorectal fossa sarcoma with sphincter salvage. The patient also received post-operative chemotherapy and radiation therapy. Now eight years from the time of resection, he has full sexual, micturitional, and defecatory function.
