Weakness of the pelvic floor can lead to a variety of pathologic conditions including rectocele, rectal prolapse, sigmoidocele and enterocele. This video demonstrates dynamic radiographic docu-mentation of several of these conditions as well as both abdominal and perineal corrective surgical procedures.
