This videotape depicts a novel technique of surgical repair of anatomical abnormalities such as rectocele, perineal descent and enterocolocele that result in difficult evacuation in women. The principle involves the replacement of the fascial component of levator hiatus with autologous fascia lata and perineal reconstruction by an endovaginal minimally invasive technique. The prospective data of 80 patients will be discussed.
