The "house" advancement pedicle flap provides ample coverage for the entire length of the anal canal. A one quadrant flap for anal stenosis and flaps in all four quadrants for anal reconstruction of a severe ectropion after a pullthrough are illustrated. Other applications including Bowen's disease are discussed.
